Damaged or Incorrect Orders
 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@drink-sigma.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
 

Returns
 

Due to the nature of our beverages, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened cases may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis - please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to request approval.
 

Refunds
 

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
